Deposit Policy: 100% of total reservation is due at the time of booking. While guests may ask to hold suites and then pay when check in, unfortunately, the system gives preference to paid reservations and therefore the suite isn’t quaranteed if not fully or parially paid for. However, the suite in question will be held as long as no one else pays for it. In the event that the suite is taken by somebody else, then the concerned guest may want to pick, upon arrival, from whatever suites are still available.
In the case of regular rooms, reservations may be made without payment.
Damage Deposit Policy: A hundred dollars ($100.00) is required as damage control deposit from guests paying with CASH and/or non-standard card, i.e., gift card, pre-paid card, etc. The same amount of $100.00 will be held for Guests paying with credit cards. This will be repaid and/or voided (in case of credit cards) at checkout after inspection of the room for any damage including housekeeping issues (i.e., excessive littering, wetting of floor, etc.)carpetand/or smoking in non smoking roooms.
.Cancellation Policy: If cancellation of a regular room occurs 24 hours or more prior to the arrival date, we will refund your deposit minus a $10.00 handling fee; if you give less than 24 hours’ notice, then 100% of the room charge will be forfeited. If you cancel a suite 72 hours or more prior to check-in time, a $25 cancellation fee applies and the rest of your deposit will be refunded; if cancelling a suite with less than 72 hours’ notice, there will be no refund.
No-Show Policy: No- shows will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay including tax.
Regular Rack Rates (published on all websites) do not apply during special events.

Check-Out for the Standard room: Ends at 11:00 AM
Check-Out for the Suites: Ends at 12:00 PM
Late Check-Out: Please check with the front desk.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed in the suites. Regular roms are pet friendly, and there will be a $20 charge per pet per night.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed in the hotel as long as it is in the designated areas of the property. Smoking in any of the guest rooms will result in a $100.00 per night cleaning fee. Some rooms, and suites, have patios where guests can smoke. The burning of candles and incense is not allowed inside the rooms and will be fined a $100.00.
Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.
Damages: All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges.
